Dr. Manning has experience over the past twenty years of evaluating formulation and drug delivery patents. In particular, his expertise covers:

• Experience in designing formulations that do not infringe existing patents
  
  
• Experience in designing novel (patentable) formulations. This is an important emphasis at Legacy, as we strive to conduct detailed studies that will support the broadest possible range of claims to protect the client’s intellectual property
