CHEMOMETRICS AND DATA MINING

In order to extract the maximal amount of information from a set of experiments, Legacy uses multivariate statistical methods, also known as chemometrics. While these tools allow us to gain greater insight into the best formulation composition, chemometrics can also be used to optimize and troubleshoot manufacturing processes. We have done such work for clients, where retrospective evaluations allow them to ascertain whether a process has changed over time, whether it is the same at one site as another, etc.
